This mentorship program is designed to foster your personal and professional growth, helping you navigate your career path, and achieve your goals. A mentor in your field of interest can provide profession-specific expert advice, skill development, career planning, and networking opportunities. 

What to expect:

• Timescale: The program begins in the fall and runs through the academic year. If participants are interested, the mentorship can extend beyond the spring.
• Meeting occurrence: Mentors and mentees can create their own schedule with the expectation of 3-4 meetings per year. These meetings can be via video calls or in person, with email communication as questions arise.

Student Requirements:

1. Membership with the MSRA
2. Interest in entering the field
3. Current college student, any year
