The Maryland Stream Restoration Association (MSRA) is hosting a Golf Tournament fundraising event on September 30th at The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Course in Crownsville, MD to raise money and awareness for the Jim Gracie Memorial Scholarship.


You can participate as a sponsor a golfer, or come for dinner and drinks and the fieldtrip!  See details below:

·         Golfer's Package will include lunch, tournament fees, greens fees, golf cart, and cocktail reception with a dinner. The cost for a foursome is $600 OR $175.00 for an individual.

·         Sponsorship Opportunities Firms are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to put their name in front of clients and industry leaders that attend our outing. Firms can become a

o   Hole Sponsor for $400 by purchasing a sign with their name on it, located at a designated tee.

o   Foursome And Hole Sponsorship for $850

o   Beverage station on the course  for $1000

o   Closest to the Pin Sponsor for $750

o   Longest Drive Sponsor for $750


o   Hole-in-One Contest Sponsor for $750

·         Field trip and Reception Only Package for $25 (MSRA Members) / $50 (Non-MSRA Members) will include cocktail reception with a dinner and the field trip.

Firms should then list the guest(s) that accepted the invitation on their reservation form.


We will play a modified scramble, where the best drive in each foursome will be used. See below for a tentative schedule:


  • 7:30AM - Registration
    • Golfers drop bags and get starting tee assignments at the upper lot (see attendants) and park at the lower lot by the pavilion (restrooms available at pavilion).
    • Registration and light breakfast in front of the club house
    • Driving range and putting green open (unlimited range balls)
  • 8:45AM - Opening remarks/golfers lead to their starting holes
  • 9:00AM - Shotgun start
  • 1:30PM - Field trip participants meet at registration table in front of club house
  • 2:00PM - Reception begins 
  • 2:30PM - Field trip participants return to pavilion for reception
  • 2:45PM - Golf prizes announced
  • 3:00PM-  Raffle and closing remarks
  • 4:00PM-  Event end



This year, prizes will be awarded for closest to the Pin and Longest Drive. Mulligans will be available for $20 each, to enhance your final score. All proceeds will go toward the MSRA Jim Gracie Memorial Scholarship Fund. Please note that mulligans can NOT be utilized for closest to the pin, longest drive or hole-in-one prizes.
